By using HeyCollabz, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

These Terms are an agreement between you and HEYCOLLABZ LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17259862, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

You must be at least 18 years old and responsible for account credentials.

You must provide accurate account information and notify us of unauthorized access.

If you use HeyCollabz for a company or agency, you confirm authority to bind that organization.

Agency and team members may act only within the permissions their workspace grants them. If an Agency manages a Creator's activity on HeyCollabz, it confirms that the Creator has authorized it to do so. Only a Creator can connect that Creator's own social accounts.

HeyCollabz provides software tools for creator and brand discovery, proposals, messaging, campaign workflows, reporting, AI assistance, trends, and collaboration management.

HeyCollabz is not a direct party to creator-brand contracts unless explicitly stated.

Users must evaluate collaborators, review messages and AI output before use, and comply with their own contractual and advertising obligations.

Information you enter yourself, such as follower counts, rates and audience details, must be accurate and kept up to date. HeyCollabz labels it as provided by you and does not verify it.

Do not use HeyCollabz for fraud, harassment, impersonation, spam, unlawful activity, deceptive claims, unauthorized access, unsafe payment requests, or interference with platform security or operation.

You must not connect or claim accounts you do not control, misrepresent your audience or statistics, scrape or bulk-export other members' information, or use information from HeyCollabz for purposes other than finding, evaluating and managing collaborations on HeyCollabz.

Creators may connect Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages, Threads profiles and TikTok accounts. You may connect only accounts and Pages that you own or are authorized to manage, and you must keep that authority while the connection is active.

Connecting gives HeyCollabz read-only access to the information described in our Privacy Policy. HeyCollabz does not post, comment, send messages or otherwise act on your connected accounts, and it does not own your accounts or the content you publish on them.

Each platform's own terms and policies continue to apply to your use of that platform. Platforms may change, limit or withdraw their APIs, permissions or data at any time, which can make some figures unavailable or end a connection, and HeyCollabz is not responsible for those changes.

HeyCollabz is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok or any other platform. Platform names are used only to identify the services you connect.

Your connected account and its statistics are shown on your HeyCollabz profile to signed-in members, including Brands and Agencies, according to the visibility settings you choose. You can hide them, disconnect, or remove HeyCollabz in the platform's settings at any time; what is then deleted is described on our Data Deletion page.

We may suspend or remove a connection that appears to be used without authority, that misrepresents an account, or that a platform asks us to remove.

Statistics received from a connected platform are shown as the platform provided them and may be incomplete, delayed or later corrected by the platform. Figures that HeyCollabz calculates, such as typical views, engagement rates and posting frequency, are labelled as HeyCollabz calculations and are not the platform's own analytics.

The ROI Calculator, Creator Estimates, rankings and similar tools produce estimates based on assumptions and past data. They are planning aids, not promises of reach, sales, revenue or return on investment, and you remain responsible for your own commercial decisions.

Paid plans are billed per selected subscription. SaaS subscriptions may be billed through Stripe where enabled and configured. The current Stripe billing foundation is configured for test or sandbox use.

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription from Billing Settings.

Current marketplace collaboration-payment and commission features are record-only planning and review tools. HeyCollabz does not currently execute brand-to-creator payments, hold marketplace funds, create creator payouts, or enable live Stripe Connect marketplace execution.

AI prompts, outputs, and limited operational metadata may be processed to provide and safeguard assistive AI features. Do not submit secrets or unnecessary sensitive information to AI tools.

Trends and other public or third-party information may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a campaign.

Authorized administrators may review reports, product feedback, and relevant workflow context for safety, support, moderation, and product improvement.

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the rights needed to use and share it. HeyCollabz may process and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate the service.

You keep ownership of your content and of your social media accounts. You grant HeyCollabz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display the content and information you submit or connect, only as needed to operate and secure the service and to show it to members as you choose, until it is removed from HeyCollabz. The HeyCollabz name, software and design belong to HEYCOLLABZ LTD.

You can stop using HeyCollabz at any time. You can disconnect social accounts in Settings, and you can ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy and on our Data Deletion page.

We may suspend, restrict or close an account that breaches these Terms or creates a risk for other users or HeyCollabz, or where the law requires it. Where appropriate, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

When an account is closed or deleted, some records, such as messages exchanged with other members, collaboration and payment records, and security logs, may be kept where needed for legal obligations, disputes or the protection of other users, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should continue, such as those on intellectual property and liability, continue to apply.

Using HeyCollabz does not guarantee collaborations, sponsorships, income, responses, campaign success, payment, or other commercial results.

To the extent permitted by law, HeyCollabz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing in these Terms affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of HeyCollabz, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may be able to bring proceedings there.

Before starting proceedings, please contact legal@heycollabz.com so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

Plan and feature updates are communicated in advance and apply prospectively.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, ask you to accept the updated Terms before you continue using HeyCollabz.
