By using HeyCollabz, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and responsible for account credentials.

You must provide accurate account information and notify us of unauthorized access.

If you use HeyCollabz for a company or agency, you confirm authority to bind that organization.

HeyCollabz provides software tools for discovery, proposals, and collaboration workflows.

HeyCollabz is not a direct party to creator-brand contracts unless explicitly stated.

HeyCollabz provides software tools for creator and brand discovery, proposals, messaging, campaign workflows, reporting, AI assistance, trends, and collaboration management.

Users must evaluate collaborators, review messages and AI output before use, and comply with their own contractual and advertising obligations.

Paid plans are billed per selected subscription.

SaaS subscriptions may be billed through Stripe where enabled and configured.

The current Stripe billing foundation is configured for test or sandbox use.

Current marketplace collaboration-payment and commission features are record-only planning and review tools.

HeyCollabz does not currently execute brand-to-creator payments, hold marketplace funds, create creator payouts, or enable live Stripe Connect marketplace execution.

AI prompts, outputs, and limited operational metadata may be processed to provide and safeguard assistive AI features.

Do not submit secrets or unnecessary sensitive information to AI tools.

Trends and other public or third-party information may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a campaign.

Authorized administrators may review reports, product feedback, and relevant workflow context for safety, support, moderation, and product improvement.

Do not use HeyCollabz for fraud, harassment, impersonation, spam, unlawful activity, deceptive claims, unauthorized access, unsafe payment requests, or interference with platform security or operation.

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the rights needed to use and share it. HeyCollabz may process and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate the service.

Using HeyCollabz does not guarantee collaborations, sponsorships, income, responses, campaign success, payment, or other commercial results.

To the extent permitted by law, HeyCollabz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Plan and feature updates are communicated in advance and apply prospectively.
